知识经济时代对高校图书馆的人力资源开发提出了新的要求,要求工作人员具有健康的心理素质、全面的知识体系、信息的运用和操作能力、系统的信息导航能力、科研能力以及人际关系的协调能力,但目前存在着学历结构、专业结构、年龄结构、性别结构不合理等弊端,可以采取引进相关人才、走出去继续教育、内部教育和内部调整等手段加以改善。
