人才,是一个企业最重要的战略资源,能否拥有一批具有高素质、高水平的人才,直接决定了一个企业在发展上的优势和在市场竞争中的主动权。随着市场竞争的日趋激烈,企业对人才的需求也越来越大,然而却又面临着人才流失严重的状况,不稳定现象突显。本文结合温州现状试对此现象进行分析和研究,以期在转型发展中,开创人才稳定工作“新局面”。
Talent is the most important strategic resource of an enterprise. Whether it possesses a group of highly qualified and highly qualified personnel directly determines the development superiority of an enterprise and its initiative in market competition. With the increasingly fierce competition in the market, the demand for talents of enterprises is also growing. However, they face the serious situation of brain drain and the phenomenon of instability is highlighted. This article combines Wenzhou status quo to analyze and study this phenomenon with a view to establishing a “new situation” in the transformation and development of personnel.
