为研究王不留行和黄芪提取物对泌乳母猪生产性能和血液生化指标的影响,本试验选用初产大白母猪27头,随机分为9个处理,每个处理3个重复。采用2因素3水平试验设计,在基础日粮中分别添加不同剂量的王不留行提取物和黄芪提取物构成试验日粮,王不留行提取物和黄芪提取物分别设0、2.5、3 g/kg三个添加水平。预饲期为预产期前7 d,试验期为母猪分娩到断奶后10 d,共计38 d。结果表明:(1)日粮中添加3.0 g/kg王不留行提取物组尿素氮含量较对照组降低13.0%(P<0.05);(2)日粮中添加2.5 g/kg黄芪提取物组平均日增重、窝重、总蛋白较对照组分别提高8.5%、2.3%、7.4%,血糖和尿素氮含量较对照组分别降低5.6%和22.6%(P<0.05);(3)日粮中王不留行和黄芪提取物以3.0和3.0 g/kg组合时,尿素氮含量较对照组降低36.3%(P<0.05)。
