优秀人才的流失,必将对国有企业可持续发展造成不利影响。本文分析了国有企业人才流失的特点、原因及不利影响,并就如何稳定国有企业人才队伍,提出了对策和措施。
The loss of outstanding talents will surely adversely affect the sustainable development of state-owned enterprises. This paper analyzes the characteristics, causes and adverse effects of brain drain in state-owned enterprises and puts forward countermeasures and measures on how to stabilize the pool of qualified personnel in state-owned enterprises.
