小学数学在进行教学的过程中,非智力因素将会对整个教学质量造成最为直接的影响,因此,怎样培养以及发展小学生非智力因素,也成为了广大小学数学教师所重点研究的课题,同时也是小学数学课程改革当中人们较为关注的内容,以及对学生方式进行改革成功和失败的关键。本文主要探讨了小学数学教师非专业素养对学生非智力因素发展的影响。
