目的:本文作者通过对尼尔雌醇片治疗因雌激素下降而引起的更年期综合征的疗效观察,从医学角度上探索提高更年期、老年期妇女生活质量的有效途径。方法:对更年期综合征患者,通常嘱其口服或从阴道塞入尼尔雌醇片5mg,每月1次。有阴道干燥症状并发老年性阴道炎患者,嘱其从阴道塞药,每月1次。结果:应用尼尔雌醇片治疗潮热出汗、下腹胀痛、外阴干燥症状,疗效可达100％。对性欲减退、失眠也有明显的治疗效果。结论:尼尔雌醇片对于治疗因雌激素下降而引起的妇科疾病(特别是更年期综合征)效果较佳,值得在临床推广应用。
