目的探讨中专护生在急诊实习临床操作遭拒的原因、反应和对策.方法采用调查问卷对2009年7月-2011年3月在急诊科临床实习的110名中专护生进行调查.结果100%的护生有临床操作遭拒的情况.结论临床实习时应重视带教老师的选择,培养护生的自信心和沟通能力,强化护生的理论知识和操作技能.
