经省政府批准,2007年7月14～27日,我们一行7人实地考察了北欧水资源开发利用及其管理情况。考察团成员亲身感悟了北欧五国在水资源开发利用、节约、保护等方面取得的显著成效,收获颇丰,所见所闻都是当今加强水资源节约与保护、推进可持续利用的关键性课题,特别是北欧水资源节约和保护的管理经验,给大家留下了深刻的印象。 With the approval of the provincial government, from July 14 to July 27, 2007, our delegation of seven people inspected the development, utilization and management of water resources in the Nordic countries on the spot. The members of the delegation personally comprehended the remarkable achievements made by the five Nordic countries in water resources development, utilization, conservation and protection, and achieved remarkable results. What they saw and heard was the key to today’s water resources conservation and protection and the promotion of sustainable utilization. The project, especially the management experience of water conservation and protection in Northern Europe, left a deep impression on everyone.
