胎盘梗塞可导致胎儿血液供应损伤并早产。但缺乏早产儿凝血酶原变异的系统研究。作者观察两种常见的凝血酶原变异频率:V因子Leiden(VL)和凝血酶原20210A(PA)多变性。在<1500g超低体重(LVBW)早产儿中进行大规模的调查研究。本研究中约25%VLBW婴儿在德国北部的SchleswigHolstein出生,于1992年6月~1997年12月入新生儿监护病房治疗的234例VLBW婴儿纳入调查。因黑人和亚洲系人群中VL和PA的变异少见,故其新生儿(n=15)除外。孕妇平均妊娠29(24~35)
Placental infarction can lead to fetal blood supply damage and premature delivery. But lack of systemic studies on prothrombin variation in preterm infants. The authors observed two common variations in prothrombin frequency: variability of the V factor Leiden (VL) and prothrombin 20210A (PA). Large-scale investigation in <1500g of very low birth weight (LVBW) preterm infants. About 25% of VLBW infants in this study were born in Schleswig Holstein, northern Germany, and included 234 VLBW infants admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit from June 1992 to December 1997.
