申请办法自今年2月发布实施以来,接到好些电机制造厂的申请和查询,现将主要问题归纳说明,以利各厂执行。 1.颁发型号的产品范围申请办法中明确规定应是系列产品和对国民经济有重大作用的单台生产的大型电机和发电设备。但对规格较小而不能形成系列的产品,如需要量较大和经常重复生产,亦可申请颁发型号。此外,还规定申请型号的产品应是列入电机的主管工业部或各省市机械工业厅(局)发展计划中的产品。目前许多制造厂因用户配套的需要,自行设计了各种类型的电机,大都不成系列,也不经常重复生产,均不颁发型号。有些制造厂将原生产的老产品稍作改动,制订新的产品标准,但无实质性的更新,也不能申请新型号。 Since the application method was released in February this year, it has received applications and inquiries from some motor manufacturers. In addition, it is also stipulated that the product of the application type should be a product listed in the development plan of the Ministry of Industry of Motors or the development plans of the Machinery Industry Department (Bureau) of each province and city. At present, many manufacturers have designed various types of motors by themselves because of the needs of users. Most of them are not series and do not repeat production. No models are issued. Some manufacturers have made minor changes to the old products that were originally produced, and developed new product standards. However, there are no substantive updates, nor can they apply for new models.
