黄芪多糖(APS)、刺五加多糖(PAS)和枸杞多糖(LBP)5-10 mg/kg体重分别腹腔注射C57BL/6小鼠,发现3种多糖均可明显促进小鼠脾细胞增殖。将这种脾细胞以2×10~6/ml经125-1000 U/ml IL-2体外诱导4天,用[~(125)I]UdR释放分析测LAK活性,发现注射APS组小鼠脾细胞LAK活性比注射生理盐水(NS)组提高70%-120%。注射PAS组提高20%-90%,注射LBP组提高26%-80%。体外IL-2用量可分别降低75%、50%、50%。LBP注射老龄小鼠可显著促进脾细胞增殖外,LAK活性可提高120%-200%,体外IL-2用量可降低75%以上。
Astragalus polysaccharides (APS), Acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharides (PAS) and Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP) 5-10 mg/kg body weight were intraperitoneally injected into C57BL/6 mice. It was found that the three polysaccharides can significantly promote the proliferation of mouse spleen cells. The spleen cells were induced in vitro at 2×10 6 /ml with 125-1000 U/ml IL-2 for 4 days. LAK activity was measured by [~(125)I]UdR release assay. The spleen of mice injected with APS was found. Cell LAK activity was increased by 70%-120% compared to saline injected (NS) group. Injection of PAS group increased by 20% -90%, injection of LBP group increased by 26% -80%. The amount of IL-2 in vitro can be reduced by 75%, 50%, and 50%, respectively. LBP injection of old mice can significantly promote the proliferation of splenocytes, LAK activity can be increased by 120% -200%, in vitro IL-2 dosage can be reduced by more than 75%.
