在位于津山线铁路路基下公路桥涵的顶涵过程中,为了防止开挖面上的杂填土、黏土、粉质黏土、粉土等失稳,以保证位于桥涵上方的津山铁路线正常运行,需对粉质黏土地基进行预加固。加固手段采取对顶进涵周围一定范围内的土体进行注浆固化,即将浆液注入土体,利用浆液扩散将土体固化。处理结果表明所应用的工艺对提高土体地基承载力防止土体坍塌有明显效果。
