近阅贵刊1999年第一期陈世泰先生之《简述跳绳活动的技巧》一文,我对文中的部分观点不敢苟同,现就本人对跳绳活动的理论和实践体会及近几年跳绳技术的发展与陈先生商榷。 其一,陈先生说:“速度跳绳主要有两种…”。其实不然,应该说主要有三种才是。第三种跳法通常称之为“双飞”,方法是:两手握绳放于体后,开始,绳从身后摇至体前,将要靠近双脚时,两脚并拢跳起,绳从脚下通过绕人体两周后,双脚前脚掌同时落地并屈膝缓冲,如此连续不断,每跳起一次绳就绕身体转两周。动作要领是:稍含胸收腹,目视前方或前下方,两臂自然张开,两手于体侧稍偏前方。摇绳时以肘关节为轴,前臂轻微地转动来带动手腕关节转动摇绳。练习时应注意以下几点:
