适于扰流片控制的垂直出水控制指令设计

因潜射型战术导弹普遍采用扰流片推力矢量控制方案进行出水弹道控制,但该控制方案目前存在无滚转控制力矩的缺陷,约束了导弹部分参数设计和水下机动能力,针对扰流片无法实现滚转控制的缺陷,设计了一种出水控制指令,可不受弹体滚转干扰,保证战术导弹在扰流片控制下按规划的方案机动,顺利完成出水和侧向机动规避。
