滚针轴承自使用以来,由于其结构紧凑,承载力大、转速高,而被广泛应用在汽车、摩托车、印刷、纺织、造纸等工业。但长期来由于滚针表面的轮廊形状未能很好的选定,因此滚针轴承使用寿命较低,尤其是滚针的二端出现早期磨损剥落。为此我们对滚针的表面轮廓进行了分析研究,并结合桑塔纳轿车、易初摩托车上所需的配套滚针轴承,进行了试制,现就滚针表面凸度形成及工艺装备作一浅析。
