由河南省煤炭科研所与淅川化肥厂联合设计的一种新型石煤提钒焙烧设备——侧燃式燃煤隧道窑,于1989年9月13日在渐川化肥厂冶钒分厂点火运行。经三个多月的投料试验,运行情况良好。 石煤钠化焙烧,是影响石煤提钒成本和产量的关键工序,用隧道窑进行石煤提钒焙烧,在我国尚属首次。该中试用隧道窑,长16米,窑室宽、高各1米,日产熟料10~15吨,与其它型式的石煤提钒焙烧炉型相比,具有燃烧气氛好,转浸率高(平均≥65±5%),产量大;机械化作业,工人劳动强度低;工艺生产灵活,投资少等优点。 通过焙烧试验,取得了一些技术经济数据,为下阶段建造较大生产规模炉型提供了设计依据。目前正在继续稳定工艺条件,待进一步完善提高后,可望为我国石煤提钒工业提供一种产量大、转浸率高的新炉型。
A new coal-fired vanadium roasting equipment designed by Henan Coal Research Institute and Xichuan Fertilizer Plant-side-fired coal-fired tunnel kiln was operated at Yemeichuan Fertilizer Plant Metallurgy Branch on September 13, 1989 . After more than three months of feeding test, the operation is in good condition. Stone coal sodium roasting is the key process affecting the cost and output of vanadium from stone coal. It is the first time for China to use stone kiln for vanadium roasting. The pilot tunnel kiln, 16 meters long, kiln chamber width, height of 1 m, Nissan clinker 10 to 15 tons, and other types of stone coal vanadium roasting furnace compared with good combustion atmosphere, high transfer rate (Average ≥65 ± 5%), large output; mechanized operation, low labor intensity; process production flexibility, less investment and so on. Through the roasting test, some technical and economic data have been obtained, which provides the design basis for building a large scale furnace in the next stage. At present, the process conditions are continuing to be stabilized. After further improvement and improvement, it is expected to provide a new type of furnace with large output and high transfer rate for the vanadium extraction industry in China.
