胃癌是危害人民健康的主要恶性肿瘤之一,其发病原因尚未明了.近年来细胞凋亡与肿瘤发病的关系愈来愈受到重视.目前发现一组门冬氨酸(Asp)-x 特异的胱氨酸蛋白酶(caspase,casp),casp 平时以无活性的酶原形式存在于胞质中,诱导细胞凋亡的各种信号可能通过不同的信号传导系统,激活 casp,使其裂解维持细胞生存的蛋白,从而导致细胞凋亡.作者利用免疫组织化学方法检测人胃癌组织中 casp-3的表达水平,探讨 casp与胃癌发生的关系.1 材料和方法1.1 材料 1990/1998年上海第二医科大学病理教研组,上海市北医院和上海北站医院手术切除的人胃癌手术标本共99例(男67例,女32例),常规100mL/L 中性福尔马林固定,石蜡包
