跨国汽车公司又一次跟上了中国汽车产业政策重大调整的步伐,不过这一次,它们搭上的是中国汽车产业自主创新和发展自主品牌的顺风车。在日前举行的“中国入世五周年汽车研讨会”上,国家发改委工业司副司长陈斌表示:即将公布的汽车产业“十一五”规划将支持和鼓励合资企业发展自主品牌。陈进一步表示目前已经有几家合资企业即将推出不同于合资双方原有品牌的新品牌,作为合资公司的自有品牌,但他没有透露是哪几家公司。
Once again, multinational auto companies have followed the major adjustments made by China’s automobile industry policies, but this time they have taken the ride of the independent innovation and development of their own brands in China’s auto industry. Recently, Chen Bin, deputy director of the Industrial Department of NDRC, said at the “Automotive Seminar on the Fifth Anniversary of China’s WTO Accession,” the upcoming “Eleventh Five-year Plan” of the automobile industry will support and encourage joint ventures in developing their own brands. Chen further said that at present there are already several joint ventures that are about to launch new brands different from the original brands of the joint venture partners as their own brands, but he did not disclose which few companies.
