个人与社会责任模式(Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility,简称TPSR)可以理解为从德育视角出发的培养学生责任层级的教育实践模式。运用文献资料法梳理了TPSR模式的历史脉络,阐述了其主要内涵是尊重他人的权利与感受、努力与合作、自我导向、帮助与领导、迁移5个责任层级;核心价值是以人为本、健全人的品格与积极的互助关系、个人全面发展、实践4个方面。从体育教学指导思想、教学结构过程、教学策略3个方面探讨了TPSR体育教学模式的构建,讨论了通过TPSR体育教学模式实现体育课程德育功能的可能性,认为其能够将责任层级内容融入到体育课程中,以此发展学生运动能力并兼顾发展学生正面的个人与社会责任行为。
Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility (TPSR) can be understood as a model of education practice that develops students’ responsibility levels from the perspective of moral education. Using the method of documentation, the history of the TPSR model is reviewed, and its main connotation is to respect the rights and feelings of others, to work hard and cooperate, to be self-oriented, to help and lead, and to relocate five levels of responsibility. The core values are people-oriented and sound Character and positive mutual aid, personal all-round development, the practice of four aspects. This paper discusses the construction of TPSR physical education mode from three aspects: the guiding ideology of physical education, the process of teaching structure and the teaching strategy. It discusses the possibility of realizing the moral education function of physical education curriculum through TPSR physical education mode, and considers that it can incorporate the responsibility level into physical education In order to develop students’ ability to exercise their motivation and take into account the positive personal and social responsibility behaviors of students.
