随着中国经济的发展及居民收入水平的提高,公路、铁路等道路基础设施的不断完善,人们的交通消费支出占总支出的比重越来越大,为了出行方便,私家车的拥有量每年快速上涨,造成了城市交通压力加大,政府需要不断加大投入资金,通过拓宽道路,兴建地铁等增加公共交通设施的办法来缓解交通拥堵压力。而公共交通的建设及收费要受到国民承受能力等多方面的影响。结合历年数据,通过实证分析发现,公路线路里程和居民可支配收入对国民交通支出影响因素最大。这对我国发展公共交通设施建设具有重要的现实指导意义。
With the development of China’s economy and the improvement of residents’ income, the continuous improvement of the road infrastructure such as highways and railways, the proportion of people’s expenditures on transportation and consumption in the total expenditures has been growing. For the convenience of traveling, the number of private cars is rapidly increasing every year As a result, the pressure on urban traffic has increased. The government needs to continuously increase its investment in funds to alleviate the pressure of traffic congestion by widening roads and building public transport facilities such as subways. Public transport construction and toll collection will be affected by the affordability of the public in many aspects. Combined with historical data, it is found through empirical analysis that highway route mileage and resident disposable income have the greatest influence on national transportation expenditure. This has an important practical guiding significance for the development of public transport facilities in our country.
