本文通过文献资料法,问卷调查法和数理统计法,对西安航空学院教师的身体健康与体育锻炼及研究现状。结果发现:在健康状况不佳的教师,他们有一个正确的态度,体育锻炼,但没有形成良好的体育锻炼习惯,体育人口比例较低,大部分的教师,一个单一的体育运动项目,与同事,家人和朋友更以学校体育场馆体育锻炼的一部分。对不同年龄组教师参加体育锻炼的目的,形式,时间,等的工作量是最大的因素,阻碍教师参加体育锻炼和其他诸如运动兴趣,意志力,同伴参与运动的积极性,儿童教育等方面对教师参加体育锻炼一定的影响。
