企业文化往往决定着企业所能发展的程度,当前,我国的经济发展正在经历一个转型的阶段,环境因素作为一项新的变量因素加入到了企业的运营之中。这对于整个国家发展都是有利的,但是对于广大企业来说,也是一项新的挑战[1]。本文讨论在新形势、新要求下,如何把企业文化与环境经营相结合,在采购、开发、设计等环节,把环境经营深入人心,减少在经营活动中投入的资源、化学物质,带来的环境负荷,构建企业文化与环境经营的价值体系。
Corporate culture often determines the extent to which an enterprise can develop. At present, China’s economic development is undergoing a period of transition. Environmental factors have been added into the operation of enterprises as a new variable. This is good for the development of the entire country, but it is also a new challenge for many enterprises [1]. This article discusses how to combine corporate culture with environmental management under the new situation and new requirements.
