随着互联网新经济时代的来临,云计算、物联网、大数据、消费需求的转变及消费者的变化等成为了这是时代的主要特征。在此背景下,传统企业在人才培养、品牌定位、市场开拓、价格体系等方面受到了巨大的冲击。随着时代的变革,传统的经营管理模式已无法应对市场变化,迫使传统企业进行战略转型与互联网经济时代接轨。然而在转型的过程中面临诸多困境,本文从经营者能力、组织改革、人才管理、财务管理四个方面进行了分析。
With the advent of the new Internet economy, cloud computing, Internet of Things, big data, changes in consumer demand and changes in consumers have become the main features of the times. Against this background, traditional enterprises have been hit hard by a great deal of efforts in personnel training, brand positioning, market development and price system. With the change of the times, the traditional mode of operation and management has been unable to cope with the market changes, forcing the traditional enterprises to make strategic transition and integrate with the era of Internet economy. However, faced with many difficulties in the process of transformation, this article analyzes four aspects of managers’ ability, organizational reform, talent management and financial management.
