为了防止粮食在贮存过程中的污染,改变化学熏蒸贮粮的传统方法,将旧式房式仓改造成低温贮粮仓,进行了低温贮存大米、玉米的试验研究。试验时,在冬季则利用干寒的空气对粮食进行自然冷却密闭贮存,夏季则采用人工制冷的方法对粮食进行降温,使粮温维持在20℃以下,保证了大米和玉米的安全过夏,本文还介绍了低温下粮食品质的分析,观察了害虫的活动情况,取得了一定数据。通过试验研究证明,低温贮粮不仅保持了粮食的品质和新鲜度,抑制了害虫的繁殖,还防止了污染,因此认为低温贮粮是贮存粮食的良好方法之一。
In order to prevent the contamination of grain during storage and to change the traditional method of chemical fumigation of grain storage, the old-style warehouse was converted into a low-temperature grain storage silo, and the experimental research on storage of rice and corn at low temperature was carried out. During the experiment, dry and cold air was used to naturally cool and store food in winter, and artificial cooling method was adopted in summer to cool the grain so as to keep the grain temperature below 20 DEG C, thus ensuring the safety of rice and corn in the summer, This paper also introduced the analysis of grain quality at low temperature, observed the pest’s activity, and got some data. Experimental studies have shown that low-temperature grain storage not only maintains the quality and freshness of grain, but also inhibits the growth of pests and prevents contamination. Therefore, it is considered that low-temperature grain storage is one of the good methods for storing grain.
