水利工程项目竣工决算是对建设项目进行成果报告和财务状况总结的重要指导性文件。目前水利工程普遍存在项目竣工决算滞后的问题,极大影响了项目的交付使用、资产核算和后续管理。本文对水利工程项目竣工决算滞后的弊端和影响因素进行了分析,同时提出了加快竣工决算进度的具体思路。 Completion of water conservancy projects final accounts is the construction project results report and financial summary of the important guidance document. At present, water conservancy projects generally lag behind the final accounts of project completion, which greatly affected the delivery of the project, asset accounting and follow-up management. In this paper, the shortcomings and influencing factors of lagging of final settlement of water conservancy projects are analyzed. At the same time, specific ideas for speeding up the progress of final accounts are proposed.
