石油公司的竞争最直接的体现是成本的竞争,成本是评价石油公司业绩的重要指标,是衡量公司竞争力和赢利水平的一个关键因素。本文分析了影响海洋钻井成本的关键因素,重点分析了成本预测的方法,并结合成本预测提出了降低钻井成本的相关策略,具有一定的现实意义。
