目的优化银杏活脑胶囊水提部分的提取工艺参数。方法以人参皂苷Rg_1、人参皂苷Rb_1和固形物保留率为指标,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验设计考察加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数对银杏活脑胶囊水提部位提取效果的影响。结果加水量对人参皂苷Rg_1和人参皂苷Rb_1均有显著性影响,煎煮时间对固形物保留率有显著性影响,银杏活脑胶囊水提部位的最佳提取工艺参数为加水量10倍、煎煮时间为1.5h、煎煮次数为2次。结论此提取工艺提取率高,可重复性较好,可用于银杏活脑胶囊水提部位的提取。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process parameters of water extract of Ginkgo capsule. Methods Ginsenoside Rg - 1, ginsenoside Rb - 1 and retention rate of solid were used as indexes. The effects of water addition, boiling time and boiling times on the extraction of Ginkgo biloba extract were studied by L9 (3-4) orthogonal design. influences. Results The amount of added water had significant effects on ginsenoside Rg_1 and ginsenoside Rb_1. The decocting time had a significant effect on the retention rate of solid substance. The optimal extraction parameters of Ginkgo biloba extract were 10 times of water, Cooking time 1.5h, boiling times 2 times. Conclusion This extraction process has high extraction rate and good reproducibility. It can be used for the extraction of Ginkgo biloba extract.
