目的:探究和分析边疆地区农村妇女宫颈癌的有效防范措施,提高宫颈癌诊断及治疗效率,降低死亡率。方法:对绿春县的全县9个乡镇30~60岁的13000例农村妇女进行宫颈癌防治知识和宫颈癌筛查项目认知程度调查,实施妇科常规检查,醋酸染色/复发碘色检查,阳性体征者行阴道镜检查,采用巴氏涂片、组织病理学检查等方法进行宫颈癌筛查,检查结果回顾性分析。结果:共查出12741人患有一种以上的妇科疾病,总患病率93%,其中初筛异常者631例进行阴道镜检查,阴道镜检查异常者共371例行阴道镜下宫颈组织病理学检查。结果 13000名检查妇女中,宫颈癌前病变(CIN)共32例,患病率为0.25%;CIN1-CIN3的发病高峰年龄为35~45岁的妇女,牛孔乡发病率高,戈奎乡次之。结论:宫颈癌及癌前病变的发生已经有年轻化的趋势,特别是对农村妇女的健康与生命构成了严重威胁,可能与个人性卫生知识缺乏、地理环境污染等有关。我国近两年开展的妇女宫颈癌免费筛查项目是早期发现CIN和宫颈癌的重要措施,可以有效的提高宫颈癌诊断及治疗效率,降低死亡率,对妇女健康水平具有促进作用。
Objective: To explore and analyze the effective precautionary measures for cervical cancer in rural women in border areas, to improve the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer and reduce the mortality rate. Women’s cervical cancer screening program carried out in recent two years in our country is an important measure to detect CIN and cervical cancer early, which can effectively improve the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer, reduce mortality and promote women’s health.
