目的:测定鱼腥草、花椒、柴胡、大蒜等4种中药注射剂中吐温-80的最佳用量。方法:根据物理化学的原理,应用电导法测定吐温-80的临界胶束浓度(简称CMC),从而确定4种中药注射剂中吐温-80的最佳用量。结果:各注射液的澄明度经灯检确定符号质量要求,并且各注射液的电导率—吐温-80浓度关系曲线图均显示,当吐温-80达CMC时有明显的跃变。结论:该电导法可应用于确定各种用水蒸气蒸馏法制备的中药注射剂中吐温-80的最佳用量。
Objective: To determine the optimal dosage of Tween-80 in four kinds of Chinese traditional medicine injection such as Houttuynia, Capsicum, Bupleurum and Garlic. Methods: According to the principle of physical chemistry, the critical micelle concentration (referred to as CMC) of Tween-80 was determined by conductivity method to determine the optimal dosage of Tween-80 in four kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections. Results: The clarity of each injection was determined by lamp inspection symbol quality requirements, and the conductivity of each injection - Tween -80 concentration curve showed that when Tween-80 up CMC significant change. Conclusion: The conductivity method can be used to determine the optimal dosage of Tween-80 in traditional Chinese medicine injection prepared by steam distillation.
