本文从滚齿时工件角速度变化影响基圆半径变化及“作用线增长定理”推导了偏心关系式与偏心误差曲线,建立了滚齿时偏心误差的准确概念。其次,本文对偏心误差合成方法进行了充分的讨论,在此基础上提出了用作图法求最有利偏心补偿条件的方法,概念清晰,方法简捷。为齿轮偏心误差的分析方法进行了补充。
In this paper, the relationship between the eccentricity and the eccentricity error curve was derived from the change of the angular velocity of the workpiece during gear hobbing and the “growth theorem of the action line”. The exact concept of eccentricity error during gear hobbing was established. Secondly, this dissertation fully discusses the synthesis method of eccentricity error, and on the basis of this, puts forward the method of seeking the most favorable eccentricity compensation condition with the method of graph, which has clear concept and simple method. The analysis of gear eccentricity error has been supplemented.
