通过对内陆河流域降水、蒸发、径流以及水资源特征的分析，论述内蒙古牧区水资源开发利用方向，并阐明开源节流是振兴我区畜牧业经济，促进畜牧业可持续发展的根本途径
Based on the analysis of precipitation, evaporation, runoff and water resources in inland river basin, this paper discusses the direction of development and utilization of water resources in pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia and clarifies that the increase of income and expenditure is the fundamental way to rejuvenate animal husbandry economy and promote the sustainable development of animal husbandry
