薪酬制度是薪酬管理的重要内容,每家企业都有自己的薪酬制度。为了实地调查企业薪酬制度,相继走访了三家企业——金石公司(简称金石),城峰公司(简称诚峰),久强公司(简称久强)。本文运用文献研究法和实地调研法,通过对薪酬调查信息进行核对、修正、分析、归纳,总结出企业薪酬制度几点结论,为薪酬研究提供参考。
Pay system is an important part of pay management, each company has its own pay system. In order to investigate the enterprise salary system on the spot, three enterprises have been visited one after another-Jinshi Company (abbreviated as Jinshi), Chengfeng Company (Chengfeng for short) and Jiuqiang Company (Jiuqiang for short). This article uses literature research method and on-the-spot investigation method, through checking, correcting, analyzing and summarizing salary survey information, summarizes some conclusions of enterprise salary system and provides reference for salary research.
