山东安丘、临朐等地的正式酒宴有近20种,各种不同酒宴的礼仪风俗存在些许差异,但主要内容则大同小异。正式酒宴的礼仪风俗一般分为迎客礼、酒桌礼和送客礼三大部分,酒桌礼是整个酒宴礼仪风俗的主体。酒桌礼仪风俗中的座次排位、斟酒、劝酒、罚酒等各种礼仪规范都具有较强的地域性特征。法社会学视野中的酒宴礼仪风俗,主要通过对规则及其生成环境、机制的研究来划定研究领域和探寻规则的意义世界。
There are nearly 20 official banquets in Anqiu, Linqu and other places in Shandong Province. There are some differences in the ceremonial customs of various banquets, but the main contents are more or less the same. Formal banquet etiquette customs are generally divided into welcoming ceremony, wine table ceremony and delivery ceremony three parts, wine table ceremony is the main body of the banquet etiquette customs. Table manners and customs in the seating rankings, pour wine, persuade wine, fine wine and other etiquette norms have a strong regional characteristics. In the perspective of sociology of law, the customs and practices of banquet etiquette demarcate the world of research and the world of rules by mainly studying the rules and the environment and mechanism for their formation.
