本文在原三对角矩阵ＢＰ算法的基础上推出了一种新的原油蒸馏过程计算方法，并探讨了过程的产品质量估计和优化管理问题。算法通过引入＂内－外＂算法和Ｍｕｌｌｅｒ迭代法，以及先进的实时信息处理技术，提高了算法的速度和收敛性。文章最后给出了算法的现场投运情况和应用前景。 In this paper, based on the original tridiagonal matrix BP algorithm, a new calculation method of crude oil distillation process is introduced, and the product quality estimation and optimization management of the process are discussed. The algorithm improves the speed and convergence of the algorithm by introducing “inner-outer” algorithm and Muller iterative method as well as advanced real-time information processing technology. Finally, the article gives the scene put into operation and application prospects.
