目的 探讨水通道蛋白1(AQP1)在人膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法取膀胱尿路上皮癌组织27例及癌旁组织27例,应用免疫组织化学及Western blot免疫印迹技术检测AQP1在膀胱尿路上皮癌和癌旁对照组织中的表达。结果 AQP1散在表达于癌旁组织中微血管和小动脉的内皮细胞;在人膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中AQP1大量表达于肿瘤的微血管内皮细胞;膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中AQP1表达水平较癌旁组织明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 AQP1在膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中表达增高,提示AQP1可能与膀胱癌的发生和发展密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of aquaporin-1 (AQP1) in human bladder urothelial carcinoma and its significance. Methods Twenty-seven cases of bladder urothelial carcinoma and 27 cases of paracancerous tissues were obtained. The expression of AQP1 in bladder urothelial carcinoma and adjacent non-cancerous tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blotting. Results The expression of AQP1 was mainly localized in the endothelial cells of the microvessels and arterioles in the paracancerous tissues. The expression of AQP1 was mainly expressed in the microvascular endothelial cells in human bladder urothelial carcinoma tissues. The expression of AQP1 in bladder urothelial carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in the paracancerous tissues Was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The expression of AQP1 is increased in bladder urothelial carcinoma, suggesting that AQP1 may be closely related to the occurrence and development of bladder cancer.
