浙建集团的对外工程从“借船出海”到“驾船出海”的发展过程中,不同时期、不同阶段把控风险的重点不一样。现阶段,企业加快转型使得海外经营管理风险加大,尤其是人才、劳务、合约、成本、资金等风险。
Zhejiang Construction Group’s foreign projects from “borrowed boat to the sea ” to “sailing to the sea ” in the development process, different periods, different stages of risk control focus is not the same.
