目的建立华凤仙药材中没食子酸的HPLC含量测定方法,为评价华凤仙药材的质量提供理论参考。方法采用HPLC法测定华凤仙药材中没食子酸的含量,色谱条件为:C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(5:95),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为273nm。结果没食子酸进样量在0.053~0.795μg范围呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率为101.76%,RSD为1.90%(n=6)。药材中没食子酸的平均含量为0.18mg/g。结论本测定法快速、简便、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于华凤仙药材的质量控制研究。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of gallic acid in Huaxiaoxian herbs and to provide a theoretical reference for the evaluation of the quality of the Chinese herbal medicine. Methods HPLC method was used to determine the content of gallic acid in Huaxiandan herbs. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: C18 column (4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (5:95), the flow rate was 1.0ml / min, detection wavelength of 273nm. Results The injection volume of gallic acid showed a good linear relationship (r = 0.9996) with the average recovery of 101.76% and RSD 1.90% (n = 6) in the range of 0.053-0.795 μg. The average content of gallic acid in herbs is 0.18mg / g. Conclusion The method is rapid, simple, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used to study the quality control of Sinofertia Officinalis.
