应用AFLP技术对木犀科17种植物的亲缘关系进行了分析,利用从16对引物中筛选出的多态性好的5对引物,共扩增出条带553条,其中多态性条带451条,多态性比率81.6%;不同属之间,白蜡属的多态性比率最低;采用UPGMA法进行了聚类分析,初步证明丁香属和女贞属之间亲缘关系最近,连翘属和素馨属亲缘关系较近;筛选出了15种木犀科植物的特征性AFLP标记,为分子水平开展木犀科植物的分类研究提供了有益参考。
AFLP technique was used to analyze the genetic relationship of 17 species of Oleaceae. Using 5 pairs of primers with good polymorphism screened from 16 pairs of primers, a total of 553 bands were amplified, of which 451 , The polymorphism rate was 81.6%. The percentage of polymorphism among the genera of different genus was the lowest. According to the clustering analysis by UPGMA method, it was initially proved that the genus Syringa was closely related to the genus Flos Lonicera, The Phyllostachys purpureus is closely related. The characteristic AFLP markers of 15 species of Oleaceae were screened, which provided a useful reference for the classification of Oleaceae plants at the molecular level.
