泡沫为气体在液相中的一种分散状态,依靠表面活性剂保持其稳定性。这种复杂的流体在油藏的勘探开发过程中起着非常重要的作用。本文从泡沫固相载容能力、降低流体密度和流度等物理性质入手,深入分析目前钻井、酸化压裂、提高采收率等方面的泡沫应用情况,并提出目前对泡沫认识的不足。目前对泡沫的形成机理、在多孔介质中的吸附量等尚不清楚。为取得进一步认识,研究了泡沫在多孔介质中的聚集与分散、可视模型中的流动行为、酸化和堵水过程中的流动特征等内容,从实验的角度分析了泡沫的形成过程,并提出了泡沫稳定性的影响因素。基于以上研究作者提出泡沫是一种智能流体,在油田开发过程中具有广阔的应用前景。
Foam is a dispersed state of gas in the liquid phase, relying on surfactants to maintain its stability. This complex fluid plays a very important role in the exploration and development of reservoirs. In this paper, we start with the physical properties of foam solid-phase capacity and reduce the fluid density and fluidity. In-depth analysis of the application of the current drilling, acid fracturing, oil recovery and other aspects of the foam, and the current lack of understanding of the bubble. At present, the formation mechanism of foam, the amount of adsorption in porous media and the like are not clear. In order to obtain further understanding, the foam aggregation and dispersion in porous media, the flow behavior in the visual model, the flow characteristics during acidification and plugging were studied. The formation process of the foam was analyzed from the experimental point of view. Influencing factors of foam stability. Based on the above research, the author proposed that foam is a kind of intelligent fluid and has broad application prospects in the process of oilfield development.
