运用群体遗传和数量遗传学原理,采用生物统计模糊聚类与电算技术,对全国24个苦楝种源的遗传基因稳定性、生态环境适应性、生长效应进行了分析,初步揭示了苦楝种内遗传变异性与种源选择的巨大潜力,为苦楝的种源选择选育提供了科学的依据。
Based on the theory of population inheritance and quantitative genetics, the genetic stability, ecological adaptability and growth effect of 24 Melia azedarach provenances were analyzed by using biometrics fuzzy clustering and computer technology. The great potential of genetic variability and provenance selection provides a scientific basis for selection and breeding of Melia azedarach.
