利用形态标记和SSR分子标记技术分析了澳L23/757(鸡脚叶)、中棉所19(正常叶)、红桃(红叶)的25、50、100、150株不同自然授粉繁殖群体的遗传完整性。结果表明,3个种质间的形态标记的天然异交率和SSR标记遗传纯度有显著差异,但4个群体大小间的天然异交率和SSR标记遗传纯度的差异均不显著。说明棉花繁殖群体为25株时,可作为棉花种质繁殖更新过程中的最低繁殖群体量,能较好地保持繁殖种质的遗传完整性。
Morphological markers and SSR molecular markers were used to analyze the genetic variation of 25,50,100,150 different populations of natural pollinators from L23 / 757 (chicken foot), CIMC 19 (normal leaves), and red peach (red leaves) Integrity. The results showed that there was significant difference between the natural outcrossing rate of morphological markers and the genetic purity of SSR markers among the three germplasms, but there was no significant difference in the natural outcrossing rate and SSR genetic purity between the four populations. The results showed that when the cotton breeding population was 25, it could be used as the minimum breeding population in the process of cotton germplasm regeneration and regeneration, which could well maintain the genetic integrity of breeding germplasm.
