本文介绍了冷作模具钢Cr12因淬火速度不同在高温区碳化物的析出和Ms点的变化。由于冷却速度的降低及冷却时的等温,其微细碳化物在晶界及晶内析出,使其后续冷却时的Ms点上升。碳化物的析出对回火硬度有影响,降低回火时二次硬化的硬度及温度。鉴于Cr12钢在淬火冷却时的碳化物析出、淬火组织及回火二次硬化都与Ms有关,故可根据Ms点作为影响该钢种碳化物析出的淬透性的评价。
This article describes the cold work die steel Cr12 due to different quenching rates in high temperature carbide precipitation and Ms point changes. Due to the decrease of the cooling rate and the isothermal cooling, the fine carbides precipitate in the grain boundary and in the crystal and the Ms point at the time of subsequent cooling increases. The precipitation of carbide has an effect on the tempering hardness and reduces the hardness and temperature of the secondary hardening during tempering. In view of Cr12 steel in the quenching and cooling of carbide precipitation, quenching and tempering secondary hardening with Ms-related, it can be based on the Ms point as a carbide hardenability evaluation of the steel precipitation.
