[目的 ]探讨朝鲜族和汉族高血压、脑卒中等心脑血管疾病高发与中学生的不同肥胖类型分布的关系。 [方法 ]采用整群抽样方法 ,调查延边地区朝、汉族初中、高中 16 97名学生的体格指标 ,比较延边地区朝鲜族和汉族学生不同肥胖类型的分布。 [结果 ]男性组朝鲜族和汉族学生体块指数的均值分别为 19 78、19 73 ,女性组分别为 2 0 2 7、2 0 0 9,不同民族间差异均无显著性 ;男性组朝鲜族和汉族学生Ponderal指数的均值分别为 12 0 3、11 83 ,女性组分别为 13 10、12 73 ,男性组不同民族间差异无显著性 ,女性组朝鲜族学生明显高于汉族学生 ;男性组朝鲜族和汉族学生腰围 /臀围均值分别为 0 82、0 77,女性组分别为 0 75、0 73 ,朝鲜族学生均高于汉族学生。 [结论 ]对因由于体内脂肪过多及脂肪分布异常成为高血压、脑卒中等心脑血管疾病的高危人群的筛选中 ,应根据具体情况选用适当的肥胖指标
[Objective] To investigate the relationship between the prevalence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as hypertension and stroke in Korean and Han nationality and the distribution of different obesity types in middle school students. [Methods] By using cluster sampling method, the physical indexes of 1697 students in Yanbian area, Han middle and high school were investigated. The distribution of different obesity types in Korean and Han students in Yanbian area was compared. [Results] The mean values of body mass index of Korean and Han students were 19 78 and 19 73 in male and 20 207 and 0 0 0 9 in female, respectively. There was no significant difference among different ethnic groups. And Ponderal index of Han students were 12 0 3,11 83 and 13 10,12 73 for females respectively. There was no significant difference between males and females in ethnic groups, and females were significantly higher than Han students The average waist circumference / waist circumference of ethnic and Han students were 0 82,077 and 0 75,0 73 respectively in female groups, while that of Korean students was higher than that of Han students. [Conclusion] In the selection of high-risk population due to over-fat and abnormal fat distribution in cardiovascular and cerebro-vascular diseases such as hypertension and stroke, the suitable obesity index should be selected according to the specific conditions
