复合钻井是当今钻井技术的新趋势,在定向井施工中的优势主要在于:1.运用导向钻井在定向施工中的连续性,简化定向施工程序,提高钻机实效;2.优选高效钻头,配合复合导向钻井的高转速、低钻压施工方案,提高机械钻速。牙轮钻头钻进到中下部稍硬地层后,因牙轮磨损严重钻时慢,且存在缩径现象,而PDC钻头在洛河地层机械钻速高,钻头磨损极小,无缩径,但在延8以下的地层使用时,其保径齿破坏严重,钻时降低,不能在全井段的施工,但总体效果PDC比牙轮钻头好。其主要体现在以下几点:1).PDC钻头不存在掉牙轮的隐患,施工安全2).PDC钻头适应高转速.低钻压施工方案,机械钻速较高3).PDC钻头磨损小,单只钻头可以多口井用钻进速度的提高另一方面还取决于斜井段控制的好与坏,斜井段控制好了,钻进速度也就大大提高了。
