目的 了解军校学员情感体验的现状。方法 采用主观体验测量法调查问卷对全军 5所院校 5 5 0名学员进行抽样调查。结果 军校学员的主要情感体验为 :自信、憧憬、乐观、平静、开朗、压抑、紧张、迷茫、困惑、苦恼 ;各年级学员的主要情感体验存在一定差异 ,高年级的积极情感体验多于低年级 ,消极情感体验随年级增高而减少 ;军校学员主要不良情感体验为压抑与紧张。结论 军校学员的情绪健康问题不容忽视 ,应加强对学员的心理素质教育 ,提高他们对情绪情感的自我调节能力
Objective To understand the status quo of cadets’ emotional experience. Methods A subjective experience measurement questionnaire was used to conduct a sample survey of 550 students in 5 colleges and universities in the PLA. Results The main emotional experiences of military cadets were as follows: confidence, longing, optimism, calmness, cheerfulness, depression, tension, confusion, confusion and distress; , Negative emotional experience decreases with the increase of grade; cadets main adverse emotional experience is depression and tension. Conclusion The cadets ’emotional health problems should not be neglected. Students’ psychological quality education should be strengthened so as to enhance their self-regulation of emotions and emotions
