应用流式细胞仪(FAC420),分析经含不同浓度马氏钳蝎蝎毒(ScovpionVenomCruds,SVC)的培养基,培养人食管癌细胞株(Eca109),观察蝎毒对人食管癌细胞株细胞周期的影响。结果:SVC可使Eca109细胞DNA指数下降,引起细胞周期中G0/G1期细胞的积聚和S期细胞明显减少,导致Eca109细胞的增殖指数降低。与对照组比差异均有显著性(P<005)。提示:SVC可能抑制Eca109细胞DNA合成,起到抑制癌细胞增殖的作用。
Flow cytometry (FAC420) was used to analyze the culture medium containing different concentrations of ScovpionVenom Cruds (SVC) to culture human esophageal cancer cell lines (Eca109) and to observe the antiviral drugs against humans. The effect of cell cycle on esophageal cancer cell lines. RESULTS: SVC could decrease the DNA index of Eca109 cells, which caused the accumulation of cells in G0/G1 phase and the decrease of S phase cells in the cell cycle, leading to a decrease in the proliferation index of Eca109 cells. The difference from the control group was significant (P < 0.05). Hint: SVC may inhibit the DNA synthesis of Eca 109 cells and play a role in inhibiting the proliferation of cancer cells.
