当今社会,人才作为先进生产力和先进文化的重要创造者和传播者,对于一个企业高速发展起关键推动作用,随之教育培训工作在国企中的地位也会不断提高。国有企业对员工进行教育培训,对促使技术创新和科技成果向现实生产力转化有着重要意义,但其间存在的问题在一定程度上影响了教育培训的初衷。对此,本文提出了一些影响国有企业教育培训效果的因素以及对应的优化培训效果的建议。
In today’s society, as an important creator and disseminator of advanced productive forces and advanced culture, talent plays a key role in promoting the rapid development of an enterprise. As a result, the status of education and training in state-owned enterprises will also continue to rise. The education and training of employees by state-owned enterprises are of great significance to promoting the transformation of technological innovation and scientific and technological achievements into practical productive forces. However, the existing problems have, to a certain extent, affected the original intention of education and training. In this regard, this paper presents some of the factors that affect the effectiveness of education and training of state-owned enterprises and the corresponding recommendations for optimizing training effectiveness.
