一、材料和方法选用三年生植株所产饱满健康种子作试验用种,在播种前用58%瑞毒霉锰锌可湿性粉剂300倍液消毒处理种子30分钟。试验设4个处理:1.地膜覆盖凸墒栽培,底肥量每亩2500公斤;2.地膜覆盖凸墒栽培,底肥量每亩5000公斤;3.地膜覆盖平墒栽培,底肥量每亩2500公斤;4.山草覆盖凸墒栽培,底肥量每亩2500公斤(对照)。设三次重复,小区面积7.2米~2,株行距5×5厘米。对照在6月施一次追肥,每亩用量2500公斤。二、结果与分析 (一)不同底肥量及墒形对三七种苗产量的影响
