进入21世纪后,全球进入知识经济发展模式,各行各业均致力于创新核心科技,探索未来发展途径。对于能源领域的石油炼化企业而言,更应在知识经济条件下抓住机会,加速发展企业,从各方面紧跟时代主题,走可持续发展路线。“十二五”期间,我国石油炼化企业遭遇前所未有的压力,面对国内外激烈的市场竞争,亟待加强企业管理,提高产品质量。本文基于知识经济条件下,从财务管理、人事行政管理和产品生产方面探索石油炼化企业的发展思路。
Into the 21st century, the global access to knowledge-based economic development model, all walks of life are committed to innovating the core technology to explore ways for future development. For oil refining enterprises in the energy sector, they should seize the opportunity under the condition of a knowledge-based economy to speed up the development of enterprises and follow the theme of the times in all aspects and follow the path of sustainable development. During the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, China’s oil refining and petrochemical enterprises suffered unprecedented pressure in the face of fierce market competition both at home and abroad. It is urgent to strengthen enterprise management and improve product quality. Based on the knowledge-based economy, this article explores the development of petroleum refining enterprises from the aspects of financial management, personnel administration and product production.
