近年来,钽酸锂热电探测器在测温、报警、激光探测和光谱辐射计等方面都已取得广泛的应用。几种用钽酸锂探测器的仪器已设计定型,并进行了小批量生产。所以探测器的可靠性已成为工业部门非常关注的问题。对钽酸锂探测器的研究,不仅要做提高探测度的工作,还要做提高可靠性方面的工作。探测度可通过晶片减薄、合理的结构及前放匹配等来提高,这已取得了满意的效果。而可靠性则主要通过焊接、密封等工艺的改进来提高,并已通过了例行试验。在寿命特性方面也进行了考查。
